The location was great; however, there was an AC problem. The manager was great with trying to rectify the situation. We do appreciate his promptness and concern about the guest at this hotel. The staff is so helpful. The manager is very professional and trustworthy. He did just what he promised ( to take care of the AC unit). Because of the manner in which the manager and staff took care of the business at hand, I will book again at this hotel. This is a clean hotel and I am OCD.

Breakfast was awesome! Thelma and the whole breakfast crew took very good care of us. We asked for salsa instead of hot sauce for our omelette and they sent someone to second floor for the salsa to accommodate us. The omelette chef is amazing. She cooked the omelettes just perfectly to our liking. The entire staff from the time we walked in the door was very polite and accommodating. We will be recommending this location to our family and friends traveling to San Antonio.

Parked in the garage and the location was perfect to access the riverwalk. The restaurant area was absolutely amazing, our waiter along with the bar manager made sure my son and I had everything we needed followed up accordingly and tied the entire experience up to be amazing...thank you!!

Marriott is ideal located within walking distance to all major San Antonio attractions. (Alamo, Tower of Americas, Riverwalk). Hotel is of high quality and excellent amenities. Marriott also provided two River boat tickets which was unexpected.
